What’s on the Menu at the 2026 GFS Show

Looking for fresh ideas for your menu, new products to bring into your business or practical solutions to make day-to-day operations a little easier?

The 2026 Gordon Food Service Show is coming to Edmonton on September 23 and Calgary on September 29, bringing suppliers, products, industry experts and new ideas together under one roof. Both shows run from 10 AM to 4 PM, with free parking available for attendees.

For Alberta hospitality operators, it’s a chance to step away from the day-to-day, see what’s new and connect with people who understand the realities of running a hospitality business.

Discover What’s New

The show floor is built for discovery. Operators can explore new products and refreshed favourites from featured brands, connect directly with local suppliers and discover products from closer to home. GFS sales representatives will also provide attendees with a customized list of recommended booths and products based on their menu, making it easier to find relevant ideas and make the most of the day.

Find Solutions Beyond the Menu

At the Culinary Centre, Gordon Food Service’s Culinary Solutions Specialists will be available to help operators work through practical challenges across their businesses, from the host stand to the back of house.

Operators looking for help with restaurant technology can also stop by the Gordon Tech Café, hosted by Back of House, for a free mini consultation.

Take Advantage of Show-Only Savings

There are a few financial perks to attending, too.

Eligible products will receive automatic off-invoice discounts, with additional opportunity buys available on select everyday items while quantities last. Operators can connect with their GFS sales representative for details on eligibility and draw dates.
