The WorkFirst Alberta Summit is a two-day gathering focused on strengthening Alberta’s employment and workforce development ecosystem.

Hosted by PCDC and co-led in partnership with the Government of Alberta’s Employment Services Branch within the Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services, the Summit will bring together employers, employment service providers, industry leaders, and community organizations for a province-wide conversation about the future of work in Alberta.

Building on the momentum of WorkFirst Alberta, the province-wide employment services initiative, the 2026 Summit will highlight key learnings, success stories, and opportunities to improve how workforce programs respond to the needs of Albertans and the labour market.
