Canmore Uncorked Food & Wine Festival

This 10-day restaurant festival showcases more than 25 local restaurants offering curated prix-fixe menus, along with wine tastings, cooking classes, and long-table dining experiences set against the backdrop of the Rockies.

Designed to highlight the region’s culinary scene, the festival invites guests to explore Canmore through food while connecting with local chefs, producers, and hospitality teams.

Similar to restaurant week events in larger cities, the festival helps drive tourism traffic and dining activity for participating restaurants while celebrating the creativity and quality of the Bow Valley food community.
